  BETTER TO LIGHT A CANDLE THAN RELY ON THE DARKNESS Being in the vicinity of the Shivalik Fossil Park (Suketi Fossil Park), Morni-hills, Renuka-Lake and Kalesar National Park , Kalesar Wildlife Sanctuary, (both from a bond between Kalesar Forest in contiguous with the Simbalbara National Park  and  Rajaji National Park). Kalesar forest is home to  leopards, panthers, elephants, wild boars/pigs, red jungle fowl, and variety of birds nestling rearing their dreams in the backdrop of a beautiful mosaic of water channels forming Hathnikund Barrage. The serene natural freshness of the land always kept me engaged. From my early childhood it made me to probe and document the facts about its eco-system, geography, fauna-flora, culture, politics and people.
